I'm thinking of giving up the pirates life and joining one of the two services - any thoughts? What device do you use? Zune Pass is also an option, but I'd like the cheapest point of entry into "unlimited" subscription based music, and sandisk clips are selling for $35.

I do have an iPhone that's a corporate phone, so the subscription service device does not need to be very robust, and will be used mostly during my commute and hypothetically for the gym (though I haven't been to the gym in 3 months.. Shut up, I've been busy!)

Rhapsody is an incredible concept cripled by one of the most most bug laden, POS applications I've ever had the displeasure of installing on computer.

When it works it's awesome. But between connection issues, download issues, DRM synch issues, transfer issues to a device, application hangups ect it works like 5% of the time.

Truely a wretched application. I've pretty much had to rely on downloading full tracks to local folders on my machine and manually copying and pasting them on my Sansa. That's fine for individual albums/songs but it kills the playlist functionality which is the single best part of Rhapsody.
