RH9 system restarts when I turn on XP system !!

I have 2 computers, 1 with XP Home and 1 with RH9. Both are connected to my Linksys router. If my XP system is ON, and I shut down my RH9 system, it turns back on all by itself after about 1 minute. If my Xp system is OFF, and I shut down my RH9 system, it stays off !!! If both systems are off and I start my XP system, the RH9 system turns on all by itself!!!! Is this crazy or what?? I'm thinking it has something to do with the Wake on Lan settings on the RH9 machine?? Any suggestions??

my guess would also be WOL, turning it off on the RH box would be the easiest way to find out.

The other thing it may be, is my KVM.....is this possible?? How do I turn off WOL??

Also, how do I get my XP system and RH9 system to 'see' each other??

There is a setting for this in the BIOS. Set it to "disable" and you should be good to go. While your at it, set ALL wake-on-anythings' to disable.
