I remember replying to a post yesterday, where someone was running a ftp server and it was hacked... He mentioned a picture of top ramen in the web directory.. I have a news article for you..

It may actually be that your server was affected by this worm. I would bet on it. I am sorry I couldnt find the thread..
 
Its not really a worm. Its more of a root-kit for script kiddies to bust open RH 6.2/7.0 systems
