Do you have an RGB controller like the case states is required?

Most mobo's that I've seen that "support" RGB, have mostly one RGB +12V, and one ARGB +5V header, designed for an RGB controller to plug into the mobo header, and then the fans plug into the RGB controller.

Does this mobo have three LED_C headers on it, for each of the fans? Are they +5V, or +12V? Don't mix those up, they're not cross-compatible, and can burn things out if used incorrectly.masterbox lite 5 fan splitter.png

Hmm, so it does include the fan-splitter cable (a valid replacement for an RGB controller, I suppose), and it does mention support for "RGB fusion", which is what the mobo supports.

So back to square one, not really sure what's going on here.

Edit: Is there a separate connector for "+12V R G B", and "LED_C"? Maybe LED_C is just for +12V RGB light strips, and there's another "RGB Fusion" connector for the fan-splitter to connect to. Let me check the mobo pictures and diagrams.

Is it something that needs to be enabled in the BIOS?

I looked at the manual of the case, and the manual isn't very clear on the cable (I guess it's optional to hook up to the power supply?):

I think that first "X" circle is actually indicating, not to mess up "pin 1" when you make the fan-to-splitter-cable connection, you need to match them up (+12V line).

If OP didn't pay attention to that, then there could be something shorting out.

Edit: You can't just plug them in willy-nilly, and hope that they work.

The fact that it is compatible with RGB Fusion does NOT make it work! That software can control BOTH types of hardware RGB systems, depending on which type of header is included on the Gigabyte mobo.

Now, it turns out that your case has the plain RGB type of RGB fans, based on the case website. That is, the RGB cables from the fans have FOUR holes and use a system with a +12 VDC line plus three individual Ground lines. That IS what your mobo LED_C header is, so you have the right hardware to do this. And you should NOT need any third-party RGB controller. The case comes with a 3-from-1 RGB Splitter cable so you can connect all three fans' RGB cables to a single mobo plain RGB header, and supply those lights with all the power and control they need.

What I do not notice in your post, OP, is the RGB Fusion software. That is a utility supplied on the mobo's CD of tools and you must install that and run it if you have not already. THAT is the tool you use to configure the light displays.

Also, check your connections to the mobo header. NOTE that every plug and female socket has one pin (hole) marked to identify the +12 VDC line. At EVERY connection point those MUST be matched up.
