I'd love some feedback on this system build I'm about to purchase. Please provide anything you care to. It's going to capture live broadcast video from a Canon XL1 via the Canopus DVStorm2 using Adobe Premiere Pro v1.5. Then it will export DVD-MPEG2 to the media disk in real-time. Also it will export analog to the Osprey 100 real-time. The Real Producer will pick up the analog send and broadcast it to the Helix streaming server with a few second delay for the Real encoding. So you see, this system needs a lot more power than a single Pentium 4. And I love the idea of beating out a dual Xeon system for less cash. According to the Canopus forums this setup should be compatible with the DVStorm2. There have been problems with VIA, nVidia, and AMD MPX chipsets. So help me out and tell me where I might be going wrong.

Cheers,
Steve
