Both. It was a good song back in the day, and one day I saw it posted, so I downloaded it to watch/save because you'll never see any of the old school videos on Empty-Vee ever again.

I see that the Laser Disc "Three Piece Suite" containing "Desert Moon" is available for trade on DVD-R from this site...

Look for Styx under index. I assume he will sell it to you or trade if you have something worthy...

I see the title you are talking about but how do you know that it is a Laser Disc and that Desert Moon (the non-live version) is on it?

I don't know 100% it is LD, but most links I found referenced it on LD, although one listed VHS. Several referenced listed them as "conceptual videos" and as "The Lttle Chill" which lead me to believe they are dramatic and not concert videos.

Also, would I imagine be much easier to dub LD to DVD...

Thanks again MikeyIs4Dcats. But it doesn't appear that the video is for sale. I've written to a couple of the sites and they don't even have copies. I'd be screwed with the laser disc version because I don't have a laser disc.

Anyone out there with more suggestions?

That site is offering the video for trade on DVD-R. You just need to reference the library number (719) when asking for it. I'm sure he'll sell it to you if you don't have anything to trade....
