My Laptop Li-Ion battery seems to be giving out...
I didn't use it for 2-3 weeks and now when I charge it for ~24hrs, the battery itself shows that it's only ~25% or less full.
All in all I have about 5 minutes battery time.
It seems the battery doesn't get fully charged anymore.
Right now I'm charging it for ~1hr and then almost totally discharging it.

Is there any way to bring back full battery capacity?

Li-ion batteries do crap out on occasion. One of the most common faults in current laptop users forums are dead and dying batteries. Some are defective to start with. Sometimes the charging ciruitry is defective. Sometimes users do not properly fully charge and calibrate their batteries before first use.

When they go or start to behave like yours, the usual action is to replace them. If they are under warranty, . . . no problem. If not . . . you eat it.

Sh!t! Mine is about 1-2 months over warranty!
Fvck!
And there is nothing I can do to get it to work normally again?
Those things are damn expensive! ~170$ I think!

I just thought because it is still somehow working (a little) ...
