I'm about to order this config off of newegg... what do you guys think?

Case: Enermax, FS-710B. BLACK, 10-Bay, Enermax 330W P-4 PS, Server Tower Case (3 Fans Installed)

Plus mouse, keyboard, et cetera.

All this comes to 1,414. Is that a good deal? Any suggestions/comments? Thanks guys.

It looks good. I would go with the fluid bearing Maxtor though. I know mine hardly makes a noise. They are only a few dollars more anyway.

If it were me, I'd get a Gainward video card... I can't say enough about my Gainward GF3 Ti200. I'd also get a Lian-Li case... they are soooo worth the extra money (IMO). I just got my PC65 for $160 shipped from PcMutants.com. Oh yeah, I don't know how much more the 40x Liteon is than the 32x...

Any way you decide to go, you'll have a very nice box with the caliber of components you're shopping for.
