Hey were can i learn more about making a review site.... like do you get to keep the parts once you review'em ... how do you get people to give you stuff to review or do you have to buy it all... i know you'd have to make a name for yourself first obviously.... but yea once you do that.... is the stuff free and do you get to keep it etc. etc.

Replacing the u in linux with a v was brilliant. You've not only butchered the word, but you've used a letter to replace another letter. Idiot?

Sure, if you build up a website with hundreds of thousands of visitors and tens of thousands in advertising revenue you'll definitely get to keep a $40 RAM stick now and then. Sweet!

i'm above 14..... oh and you guys show real friendlyness to newcomers wandering a simple quesiton ... jerks

Please excuse them, but we have seen more review sites from amatuers than you can shake a stick at. Review sites take a lot of work, and if one of your big reasons for starting one is to keep stuff and not have to pay for it then it isn't a good idea.

My point is, there are 100's of review sites out there that would take years to surpass in quality and quantity of reviews. It's not an easy thing to start, and profiting off it is even harder.

We're only being jerks because your motivation as you express it seems to be 10% to start yet another c00l website (among thousands) and 90% to get "free stuff."

Like I said: once you're making enough money that free stuff is pointless, then the answer is yes.

You do indeed start by buying stuff, or at best working out a deal with the manufacturer or a reseller whom you might want to give free ad space to. You have a couple of things working against you though:

- Nobody takes young people seriously, unless you happen to be uber intelligent.
- Review sites are a dime a dozen, you can't offer anything different or better.

For the most part, it takes money to make money and/or get free stuff. You probably don't have what it takes.
