Review My System Upgrade

I'm looking at upgrading my existing desktop with the following from Newegg, zipzoomfly etc. and I'll probably overclock it.

Core 2 Duo E6400 (775 - 2.13 GHz 2048K)
Gigabyte P965 GA-965P-S3
2x1024MB Crucial PC2-6400 Ballistix
Seagate 3.0Gbps 320GB 7200RPM 16MB Barracuda 7200.10

Three questions:
1) Does this make sense or are there better alternatives? I'm using my rig for heavy duty programming, speech recognition etc. with lots of different programs open at the same time.
2)I'm running 3 six month old 19in VGA LCD monitors off this rig for non-gaming office work. Since my current AGP card won't work in the new motherboard what's a good recommendation for a multi-monitor PCI Express x16 card (presumably with DVI to VGA adapters) to work alongside an existing old PCI VGA card.
3) My power supply is a 380W Truepower. Is that enough? If not, what's a quiet more powerful alternative?
4) I'm going to put my WinXP OS on my existing Raptor WD740GD drive and my data on the Seagate. Does that make sense and will the Raptor run on the Sata 3gbs connections?

Thanks,
Wayne C.
