Reversing the air flow of Antec Notebook Cooler

I heard some people were able to reverse the direction of the airflow by switching the fans upside down.
The problem is, the new cooler has 2 blower-looking thing (not fans).
They seem to be DC powered , so I don't think reversing the voltage would do the trick (besides, the orientation of the fan strips would be reversed).

Any idea? May be a small & thin replacement fans?
