reverse colours on a pic

I'm trying to reverse some colours on a picture. I'm not sure what to do. The pic is here.

Bsically I'm trying to change the background colour to white and all the lines and borders text to black. Anyone have any ideas on how I could do this. Or if you could do it for me it would be even better cause I have no idea how to use image programs? 😛

the are too small to sharpen, you are better off if you retype them.
