is there anywhere to do a reverse cell phone lookup? i googled it, but not love... just a bunch of pay sites that i wouldnt trust.

anyone have any ideas?
 
No nothing as of yet because I don't think they're allowed to give out numbers. Well, there is a bill on it waiting to be decided on I believe that has to do with that issue... so that's why there isn't any sites to do that yet, except possibly shady sites like you said,

Actually the bill probably has a lot to do with a "do not call" list or whatever cause having solicitors calling your cell would be quite bogus.
