reverse agp cards ... what you recon

Why dont grphix card makers put the chips and hs's on the other side of the card !!! It's so annoying that i cant use pci slot 1 for fear of burning out my card due to over heating ...

The other side of the card is just empty and in my case i have loads of cooling there provided by a nice big delta and a ys-tech fan ...

I mean is there any specific reason why they dont? in most pps system layouts this would probably be a good idea.

Actually most people don't use PCI slot 1 because it shares resources with the AGP slot.

I always assumed they swapped all PCI/AGP cards over because dust has a hard time settling on the face down side.
