I want to use Mike Hall's Revenge of the Menu Bar script but don't quite understand the Terms of Use .. would there be a problem using it in a website I am getting paid to create? I plan to leave the copyright info and such in it of course.

Thanks .. if I can't use it, I could make one on my own but it probably won't look so pretty ..

The TOS is very straight forward.

What part did you not understand?

Being paid to create the site is not prohibited. The restrictions say you can't charge people to got to the site or fiddle with the copyrighted parts of the code and not to include that code in any home made template or try to pass it off as your own invention.
