Employed
Self-sufficient (not living with Mom, ex-husband or "a friend")
Disease free (that sore on your lip is NOT A GODAMN COLD SORE, IT'S HEREPES, YOU SKANK'HO!)
Drug free
Cat free

Personally I don't like women that follow me all the time like a puppy dog. If they can't carry their own weight, then they can't carry my bags either.
