Returning a GPU to newegg.....

I am thinking of returning the MSI R290 that is about 4 days old and getting a 9 series card after I saw they were offering the Witcher 3 with the 960s,70s and 80s.
Technically there is nothing wrong with the card but Newegg doesn't have to know this so has anyone done something like this with Newegg before?
Your experiences?
 
Are you going to lie to them and say it doesn't work? You can pay the restocking fee, but otherwise, lets not talk about how to scam a retailer.
 
We are not condoning RMA fraud here. Return it out of dissatisfaction and take the restock fee. We are not here to offer advice for just returning a product just because you want a promo.
