Returning a book to Amazon

When I go to the Amazon returns site, it gives me options of UPS, USPS or your carrier return shipping. However, nowhere does it state the actual cost of shipping (even though they say it will be deducted from the value of your return). How do I know which will be the cheapest?
 
Ok thanks! I was planning on doing media mail. I found it rather annoying that they just had one "estimated shipping cost" table for return shipping.
