Looking for a super socket 7 setup with Voodoo graphics running Windows 98 SE. Components will probably run $100-$150.

Is emulation a better means? Or is this just nostalgic?
 
That's really going to depend on the game. Some games run just fine via programs like DOSBox or on a Virtual PC (like VirtualBox or HyperV) others are more picky.
