Retrieve an Outlook 2003 Address Book

I recently did a full ghost backup and then reformatted one of my machines. After installing Outlook 2003, I extracted the Outlook.pst into the appropriate folder and all my mail appears to be there ok. However, I can't seem to find my address book which was once there. Am I missing something?
