How can I find out which e-mail addresses have been retired to my e-mail? (And how many can still be retired to it?)

You can retire up to eight e-mails. That is including e-mails that have other accounts retired into it.
 
You can't, Thijs.
I have the same problem and have looked for it a few times.

The only time, you get an overview is when you are retiring an email address.
Then you can see which addresses are retired into the new address and how much can still be added.

I guess this is what you wanted to know.
