Nothing new here - SAMOLED has superior contrast, iPhone 4 has higher pixel density, that's well known. Pretty much every review to date has pointed out that the iPhone 4 is brigher, too.

It still comes down to preference. There are those who will prefer the sharper retina display, and there are those who will prefer the better contrast & oversaturated colors of the SAMOLED display. Neither is "better" than the other.
