Retail versions of HL2

I know there's supposed to be the gold/silver/bronze versions of Half-Life 2, but I was wondering something else. Most of the preorders I see are for a 6 CD version of HL2. Is there going to be a DVD version of HL2 (is this going to be in one of the packages??) or is there only going to be the 6 CD version?? Anyone know!?

There will be a $50 regular version with CDs (not sure if it's 6 cds or not, but it's something like that). There will also be an $80 Collector's Edition that will be on DVD. And that's it.

Heh, an extra $30 for a DVD...no thanks. DoD Source isn't gonna be THAT great, and I don't need a HL tee shirt

More specifically:

Standard Edition: Half-Life 2 and Counter-Strike: Source. Ships on six CDs, in one of three boxes (Gordon, Alyx or the G-Man).
Collector's Edition: Half-Life 2, Counter-Strike: Source, Half-Life: Source, a Half-Life 2 T-shirt and a Prima book sampler. Ships on a single DVD.

EDIT: I copied and pasted that from a news article on IGN. I think the CE version also gets a nice box or tin that it comes in. I don't even think the CE comes with DOD:S, atleast I haven't seen anything about it.
