Retail ThoroughBred come with Copper HSF?

As I understand it, AMDs requirement for CPU protection of the new 0.13um core is a copper HSF so I'm wondering if they actually ship them and if so are retail Thoroughbreds still ike $15 more then OEMs?

From what I read, it's not a copper HSF, just a copper contact, seen in the picture from Tom's Hardware..

But that's from Taisol .... what I'm wondering is if AMD is actually going to package a good HSF with their only slightly more expensive Retail parts.

I have a Vantec 6035D that I could use but I got it from winning a contest and it's contact area has issues (a few scratches that bother me), so then my choices become Volcano 7+, Volcano 9, ThermalIntegration V86N or the huge pricetag Swiftech MC462.

Anyone know anything about the new GlobalWin CAK486 / 488 ?? Or the Vantec CCK6040 ??
