retail laptop with no OS

Why would you want no OS ? are you trying to find without in hope to lower the price ?

There were a few articles a while back about being able to get the cost of Windows refunded if you did not agree with the licensing when you first boot the computer up. I think it may have been over at Arstechnica.com. Basicaly some people fought and fought and eventualy get theire $100 or whatever the cost of Windows was at that time back from the Laptop manufactures. I'll try to dig up a link or two and post a follow up.

I think we've just found a way to strip another $100 or so off those Dell systems in the Hot Deals forum. :D
