Retail Geforce 6600GT Exploration

it seems that the xfx card in the roundup isn't the same card being sold at newegg and other retailers. if it has the 1.6ns chips, it would be their "extreme gamer edition" card, seen here: http://www.xfxforce.com/product_view.php?sku=PVT43GNDD7 , and not their standard pci-ex card with 2.0ns mems, seen here: http://www.xfxforce.com/produc....php?sku=%20PVT43GNDF7 . i've looked around out of curiosity and can't find the card with 1.6ns memory for sale anywhere except at xfx's website (for $269usd).

the difference might be worth mentioning. i've seen cases in the past where xfx has sent out cards to be reviewed that were better than what they were selling through online vendors.
