2 questions:
1: Is Intel not including the HS anymore on their retail Celerons? It's not in the descriptions......
2: Buy.com has the Celeron 1.2 (currently out of stock) for $116.95. Not bad is it??

I thought all retail cpus come with a hs/fan which is why they come with a longer warranty.

That 1.2 celeron is still slower than a 1.1 Duron...and I don't like the idea of having to buy an all new mobo because of that. I'm still sticking with my BX for now. :)

GregMal,

They should definately still have a heatsink/fan unit included...

BTW, do you happen to have a link to the 1.2ghz celeron at buy.com? I couldn't find it.

And that company is PowerLeap I believe ; if you set your 1,2Ghz Tualuhmthing Celeron on your BX mobo.. let us know about it, I also got a BX board and I am still sticking to Intel (800 @ 1066Mhz now) because a new mobo costs me even more than only a new Intel CPU. (he I want quality in my boards! figures I got a ASUS P2B hehe)
