Retail AMD 1.2 HSF good enough if not going OC? 1.2 Enough??

I am going to buy a AMD 1.2 T-Bird, just wondering if I get the Retail Box, is the HSF that comes with it good enough, if I am not going to OC it?

Also I am upgrading from a PIII 866, will the 1.2 T-Bird be good enough or should I go for the 1.3/1.4.

Yeah, the retail fan is OK, that's why AMD choose it. Odds are it'll be fine for a reasonable overclock also.
