Resumes... hyperlinks? Yes or no?

As convenient as I think it would be to markup one's resume with hyperlinks to every relevant point (for example, links to companies you worked for or universities you attended, etc.)... it seems... well... tacky.

Agree/disagree?
 
If you do something like web design and want to link to sites you created (with the site owner's permission) I think it would be OK but otherwise, no.
 
i agree its tacky. any competent hiring manager knows how to copy & paste or pick up the phone.

The impression I get when I see a hyperlinked URL is that someone typed this in and word autolinked it for them, and they didnt have the skill or consideration to 'kill' it.
