Im redoing my resume tonight. Im trying to get this system integrator position.Should I put a GPA on there if it was only a 2.6? Yes I know, its low, but there was just so much tempatation in college. It was a hotel with books
Generally you only put your GPA on your resume if it's greater than 3.0. I dunno why... GPA doesn't matter so much in many situations, but the 3.0 rule is what I've always read.
If your grades were better during the last 2 years in college (3.0+), then you can highlight that and just make an excuse why your grades were lower during the first 2 years in school.
