Resume templates

No offense, but unless your future boss is a hardcore die-hard apple fan, that would NOT be a good theme for a resume. I'd suggest sticking to standard old LaTeX.
 
I would stay far, FAR away from any template that was as...colourful as that one.

That's too pretty. Resumes are about the message, not the presentation. Don't distract from the message.
