I'm a math/econ major, and these are some of the classes I've taken over the years..

Math:
Linear Algebra (upper division), Optimization, Mathematical Game Theory, Mathematical Statistics, Systems of Differential Equations, Analysis

Econ:
Mathematical Finance, Mathematical Economics, Econometrics, Labor Economics..

Which should I list on my resume, if any at all? I can probably fit about 6 or so on there.

I never listed any classes I took on my resume. I think they assume if you have the degree from a reputable school, you took the right classes... (meaning, if your degree is a good fit for the job, then you will be. If your degree is not a good fit for the job and you're looking for something that's only somewhat related to your degree, then maybe you'd list the related classes)

I agree with mugs. If you have a math/econ major it is ASSUMED that you took all those courses you listed. Thus using them on the resume is redundant. Also, many employers ask for a transcript. The classes are right there for them to see if they wanted to know.

I personally would only list a specific class if it was unusual for my major and if it was directly related to the job I was applying for.
