Just one line needs work, it dosen't fit right now and my lack of sleep isn't helping...
"Facilitated the online filing of Bankruptcy cases and Trademark registrations."
I know facilitated is the wrong word, but I'm drawing a blank. Basically, I was the one who got the processes set up, and i drafted instructions for future clerks to follow.
How would i go about saying that? Needs to be short, concise, and use present tense action verbs.
