Resume help

So in a few days I'm going to be a college freshman, 🙁. Anyhow, I'm not sure how I should set up my resume. I have some great stuff from high school, but should I be putting so much of that on my resume since I'm in college now? And if I don't, then my resume looks rather empty because I haven't done much in college yet. I'm trying to turn in a resume as soon as possible for some sorta summer internship position so it's not really that possible to wait till I do stuff... Any advice? Thanks!

Also, should I list scholarships I got on my resume? Like under "awards" or something like that?

as a college freshman, you should list everything you can that will differentiate you from everyone else, including any experience, achievements, and scholarships
