Resume help, relating to software skills

I am updating my resume and I would like to include that I am proficient in Quickbooks and Peachtree (accounting software.) My question is what type of software would these two be classified under? For example, Word would be classified under Microsoft programs, etc.

Also, is it necessary to include that I am proficient in MS word, windows, explorer, etc? And if so, what would this software be classified under?....Microsoft Programs?

I'd probably put down the specific software I was proficient with... at least, that's what I've done with past resumes.

For MS Word, Excel, etc, I just put down "Microsoft Office Suite"
