Responsible for the shipment, packaging, and employees of the e-commerce based startup. Managed between two and seven people per day. Shipped up to sixty packages per day. Interacted with customers, and solved issues associated with damage during transit. Created templates in order to allow customer service to know what bicycles would be shipped out, or ready for pick up that day so as to allow them to schedule appointments with the customer. Overcame many issues associated with a brand new startup company.

Trained in preparing food for customers in a high volume fast-food style restaurant. Responsible for customer satisfaction and their overall experience. Able to run any station within the restaurant with the most accuracy and efficiency possible.

Oversaw the growth of the internet department and expedited postings of used cars online. Created new templates, which increased customer responses. Performed used car inventory tracking.
