Have OUTLOOK XP ans ACT! 6.0 (Doesnt work with new pocketpc 2003, so im not happy with it)

Can anyone recommend a good software, for me to record WHO i sent resumes / cover letters to, their address, and other important imformation?
I need an easier way of tracking this stuff, and following up on it. Sure someone has a suggestion on software =)
 
Bump. I'd be interested in this sort of software also.

It would be nice if I could save a copy of the resume/cover letter sent to each employer since sometimes it's months before I'm contacted and can't remember what I put on my resume. Makes for an interesting interview when you're trying to read your own resume upside down trying to match your answers to what you wrote 😀
