Broward: 117 more for Gore with 89% counted. The "old -- 2 corners minimum detatched" standard is used to derive these numbers. So they actually don't mean anything. The disputed ballots are held back for later evaluation. If anybody hears how many of these there are, please post.
Palm Beach: 3 up for Gore with more than 50% counted but only 20% certified? -- -- Democrats waiting 'til after Supreme court decision to deliver knock-out punch ??? I hear there's 1900 in the pile of "Questionable" ballots that the board will evaluate on Fri. or Sat. Looks like that's where the election will be won or lost.
I predict they will release revised numbers strongly favoring Gore after the Supreme court rulling on whether to count the pregnant chads as intended votes.
Miami-Dade: Gore up by 72 votes, 12% reported. If you project these numbers out, Gore gets 567. That's significant.
Democrats definately want to "bat last" (as in baseball) since they now know precisely what the target is. This way Miami-Dade can even change to a different count methodology AFTER Broward and Palm Beach results are in.
I can't keep this edited so enter the latest. These numbers (including quantity of pregnant ballots) seem to be hard to find so help me out and report the latest numbers here.
