results of Opteron overclocking on a MSI Neo4?

I am trying to keep my costs down in looking for a motherboard.
This seems a cheap board but is it stable enough?

Mem divider and HTT issues, limited voltage options.
Get something else IMO (and from my experience)

well, I have my X2 3800+@2550, no problem on that board, I have dividers, volage, everything. Whats missing ?

I have one. I also have an Asus A8N-SLI with an Opteron 146. The MSI is way better. I recommend using BIOS 1.6 though. After that (up to 1.9) is not good.

Sounds like it is picky then.

I figured the AN8 family would be better, especially the ultra.

I can pick up the evga / jetway board for 80 shipped including all accessories, the neo4 for 67, the an8 with only the backplate for 80, and the last one I have been looking at, the Epox ultra, I haven't been able to find before someone else picks it up (even on ebay none for auction, just high Buy It Now prices).
