Well, I'm healing, and my wife's bruises are nearly fully healed. I am going to have a nice scar from where my teeth went through my lip, but it actually just under the lip, so you can't normally see it. And the inside is still healing, but it's doing well.
The insurance paid off the truck today, and I will be getting a check for $3100. They found the truck value at $12,800, and I owed like $9200. So that, minus the deductible and taxes, $3100 was left. They even hauled off the truck from the place where they were storing it and paid for that as well. I have yet to see how my insurance rate is going to go up with my first accident and first ticket.
I was found at fault, and recieved a $138 ticket for "failure to control speed". Which isn't bad. Someone had to be found at fault. And much to the disappointment of my co-workers, I have no intent upon sueing <sp> Ford for the fact that the air bags did not inflate.
I am going to try to go to medical and get my lip drained tomorrow, and then hopefully it will heal quicker. It's really annoying right now though, but it has been going down, so that's good.
