Result from spybot scan

It removed a file ahebihebajog.dll ( from /windows)using SPYBOT now at random times I get a rundll window that this file cant be found. I searched for it and cant find any info. Help please.

Looks like a random file name, check the logs of SpyBot to see what specific infection it attempted to remove.
