Restrictions on a P.O. Box

I used to work in a specialty mailbox place and remember there are limitations on P.O. boxes and that was the reason why we sold so many of our boxes. Anyone know if I can ship a small package by UPS to a P.O. box? or does it have to be usps or fedex.

Has to be USPS, Fedex won't ship to one either. (I think DHL@home will also work since that's delivered by USPS).

That's right - you must use USPS or DHL@home to ship to a PO Box. No other service will work.
