Restricting a PS3 fromreceiving internet connection

I have a roommate who plays GTA5 all day while talking on his mike all day long everyday which irritates me, instead of disabling my internet altogether is there any way to block other devices from receiving internet from my PC
 
really depends on what router u are using now. Some of them can restrict by either ip address or mac address.
 
This is a people problem, not a technology problem. Talk to your roommate.

Frankly, if I had a roommate and he maliciously cut off my internet access like you want to do, there would be words exchanged, and then probably fists exchanged. Presumably he's paying for his share of that internet service as well.
