I just got an email from paypal last week stating that my personal account was restricted temporarily due to unauthorized cc use. First of all I don't even have a CC listed with them, jsut a bank account adn debit card. Plus, I checked my bank account and did not notice anything funny.
They wanted me to fax them a copy of my Drivers license and credit card statement. then they would lift my restriction. but don't know when that'll happen. I can't send or w/d money but I can still receive payments. I got money in there that I need to withdraw, so this kinda sux.
just wondering if anyone else out there had this happen too. I only used it like 2 times the past month to pay for eb@y auctions and I received money a couple of times for eb@y auctions.
