Restoring work in photoshop after computer freezup - is it possible to open .tmp fiile?

Hi,

I was stupid and did't save work in Photoshop, so naturally my computer crashed completely and I had to restart. Is there a way to restore my work from the .tmp file left on HDD by Photoshop?????
