Question Restoring Text Messages in iOS

So I backed up just my text messages with AnyTrans and did a restore on my iPhone XR. Now that its done I can see all the texts on my PC of course, but there does not seem to be a way to put JUST the text messages back. Does anyone know of any other software that can do it?
