Restoring RAM to Default Settings

Is there a way to restore all my RAM settings to their default settings? I used TweakME and I tweaked my RAM, but now my computer runs a lot slower...I think because now it is clearing out the RAM after I'm done using something, such as a program, but I want that program information to stay in the RAM so it will go faster when I open that program again. (is that confusing?) Any help would be appreciated, and I have Win 98 with 96 MB of RAM on a Pentium 2 300MHz CPU.

I've never used TweakME, but those programs manipulate the way windows uses physical memory and virtual memory. So the only way you can restore things to the way they were is to go into the registry and change the values back, unless of course TweakME has a return to default option...

I've looked around TweakME and I don't see a restore defaults option. Do you happen to know where I can find all the default values for those registry settings and what the settings are that I need to change?
