Restoring Outlook Express

Hi,

My copy of outlook express has been changed so that the banner line reads "OUTLOOK EXPRESS PROVIDED BY ..." and also has a window at the bottom of the screen with a "HTTP Error 404" message in it.

I have tried repairing and re-installing OE5 but the issues remain the same. Obviously this is being done by a configuration file somewhere but I am unable to find it.

Does anybody have any ideas?

IGNORE THIS - sorted by checking the registry PROPERLY!!!!!!!!!1
 
I saw something like this with software provided by an ISP.. you might want to check that if you recently changed ISP.
