Restoring files on quick format harddrive?

I just recently install winxp, but i accidently did a quick format on a wrong partition, is there anyway for me to get those files on the formatted hard drive back? it wasn't a full format, just a quick format. Thank You

I don't know if any freeware utilities can do it, but feel free to check Google. Just watch out, there are a lot of freeware matches that are actually for crippled shareware versions.
Other than that, R-studio should have no problem finding the files.
