Restore Dual Boot Win7 \ Linux to Smaller SSD

I am planning on switching from the 160GB HDD to a 64 GB SSD in my netbook. I do not want to rebuild the machine as it's finally where I want it and I was planning on shrinking the current machine before taking a backup in order to get the disk sizes down to where they need to be. Are there any gotcha I should be looking out for ? This is a Linux Mint \ Windows 7 dual boot .
